Daily writing MIGHT be the most important creative practice one can do every single day. If you aren't doing it already, you should consider adopting a writing practice. If you're a knowledge worker or a creator then you should view it as a chance to hone your craft. See: [[take knowledge work more seriously, treating it as a daily practice]].
Writing has created the most tangible benefit in my life for as long as I could remember. Being able to articulate myself in love letters to girls in my class, to being able to write meaningful letters of friendship, to processing my emotions and so much more. Writing has helped me find myself when I was lost, helped me to forgive myself for the unforgivables, and to express myself when it felt there was nothing to say. In writing I have found more then just words, I have found myself in these sentences and so much more then I could have ever imagined.
Many of the resources I've come across and [[References]] read have suggested the act of daily writing or a writing practice:
- The Artists Way's Morning Pages
- Stephen King's "On Writing"
- Dan Koe
This single act of writing has also helped to spread into other areas of my life, creating more discipline and commitment to expressing myself through other means like [my first video on the AI Channel](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZIyDR3JVHU&t=35s).
I also am going to make it the root of my philosophy at Create & Go and emphasize the best and simplest advice for all of those who want to go from consumers to creators: Create Everyday.
## The benefit of daily writing
- All ideas start out as words/language expressed

- Daily marketing and work mindset (Hormozi Philosophy)
## Other Ideas
